Computer Repair

Don't run out to buy a new computer until you see what it would take to fix the one you already have! Great service does not always cost a lot of money.

Emergency? Need it done ASAP? We'll do whatever we can to make sure your computer is up and running as soon as possible.

Even if your hard drive is bad and needs to be replaced, we can most likely rescue your information and transfer it to a new drive.

Diagnostics - We will come out to your home or place of business and run diagnostics on your system for $25. At that point, you can choose to either allow us to repair your computer at your location or take it back to our shop. Either way, the diagnostic fee will only be charged if you do NOT have the work done with us.

Repair Rates

Our on-site rate is $60/hour (one hour minimum)

Our in-shop rate is $40/hour (one hour minimum). We will pick up and drop off your computer for free (within our service area of Deerfield, Candia, Raymond, Northwood and Nottingham). Simple re-installation is also included. Extensive re-installation (complicated wiring or setup of multiple peripheral devices) is available for an additional charge.

Upgrades - We can recommend and install the appropriate upgrades to make your computer run much more quickly and efficiently.

Virus and Spyware Removal - If your computer is running slow, or if you see strange pop-ups during internet browsing, a virus or spyware may be to blame. We can diagnose and expertly remove any infections and recommend measures to prevent future infection. Typical spyware and virus removal takes 2-3 hours of labor and 1-2 days of scanning time. Therefore, we prefer to do it in our shop as opposed to on site.

Wireless Networking - Most people these days have laptops with WiFi built in. We can help you set up your wireless network and enable the appropriate security.

hijack your internet connection and slow you down?
log into your PC if it's on and see the contents of your drives?
use your internet connection to commit crimes that will be traced back to you?

Also, if you have more than one computer in your home, we can show you how to network them together so everybody can use the internet at the same time.

Wireless Auditing - We can check the security of your wireless connection for just $25. We can also perform a wireless range/antenna audit for our hourly charge of $60. Simple audits usually take less than one hour. We can also provide a map of the wireless signal across your home or property (charged at the hourly rate).

Parental Control/Adware Prevention - Are you worried about the things your family has access to online? In one visit of less than an hour, we can configure OpenDNS' filtering to give you an added layer of protection. See Robbert's blog for more information.

Custom Programming - We can do custom programming for any application you or your business may need. Programming will be performed to the highest possible standards, to the user requirements you specify.

Programming Languages: C++ (Windows based, MFC, ATL, Embedded. C# also available.
Crystal Report Design - Crystal Enterprise 9, 10, Business Objects XI and XIR2 server installation and maintenance.
Small applications or utilities that can automate repetitive tasks for you, such as synchronizing two databases. Other applications in the realm of data acquisition and (motion) control can also be developed for you.

For a flat fee of $25, we can create a professional quality ad to represent your business. Future changes to ads we create will be done at reduced rates. Minor wording changes will be free for six months.
